Tuesday Fever: In Building My Dream House
Hello Blogger! It's been awhile I missed you a lot! Today's fever is about my house. I'm glad that the house from dust to dirt were already built by my fellow hard working Filipinos. I cannot sum up the feeling the moment I laid my eyes on it when my mother sent me the photos. I waited for a year and 27 years to be able to have a land of my own. Now the pain is here; DESIGN.
After all the good labors, this time I have to think what I want for the interior; from living room, to the kitchen, up to the bedrooms at the 2nd floor and most certainly won't forget the front and back space of the house. I made a few research through the internet and found a lot of ideas for the house. I realized that in every room to the next will be different. I am excited and I have another year or two to design the house, but I am most certain it will be worth the wait.
Below is some of my favorites that I might adapt the design or make a few more tweaks:
This can be my future kitchen. Simple, classy and talks about how to be independent.
Or maybe this one more cool
It looks breezily and comfy for a living room. Blue and white goes really good for a place to relax.
I love this for my dining area. I won't have much visitor but this is definitely go to list.
This living room is perfect! Good for a small house.
There are few photos I found that I like for the two bedrooms of my house. Master's bedroom is the most essential place for me.
For the Master's Bedroom wall design and color looks pretty and simple.
I can get this plus pull out bed in case there's sleep over.
I can also turn the guest room into this.

OR just make the other room a big, giant walk in closet!
I can go with blue to remember that I work at sea.
Finally the simple, classy bedroom enough for me and my partner to feel relax whenever we go on vacation.
It's fun to go and search for ideas that sometimes you're almost don't know which one you will prefer or like. Go with one concept or move to another. It is difficult and I can already feel the pressure. But designing the house is what I've waited since before. Now I have to do my budget list and the appliance list I need for the house. I have to work on this soon.
That's it for my blog, all loves and hugs...
XOXO,
IVY
