Monday Mundane
Since I have time today I'll share some few things about my previous weeks here in the sunshine state. I arrived here last March 28, it's been 14 days now since I started crashing at my boyfriend's house. So far, he doesn't complain and I've been helping around the house cooking and cleaning and making loads of memories. 😁 The place is amazing and beautiful. The weather was nice, good place for my morning runs, if you stay here too long you'll gain weight eventually so better get that motor running. My boyfriend's place is called The Hidden Lakes in Vero Beach, Florida. This is basically what you can see by the entrance. Beautiful isn't it? I pretty much like the temperature, the wide open space, the quiet neighbors and that relaxing feeling you can have when you are just sitting in the patio and enjoying a nice, cold beer.
The starting week was a blast and well living together is another chapter in my life. It is just different from what a filipino life is or what my life is. Everything are so convenient, but most of the places here are a bit far, have to drive at least 20 minutes going to the grocery store or a bit more than an hour if you want to go to the next town.

Then had some nice wine tasting at Summer Crash Vineyard and Winery. Tasted at least 10 wines and got the mango flavored one for home. We planned for a BBQ at his pool and a nice bottle of wine will be great.

After a few days Nick and I went down in Kearney for his Grandma's funeral break our hearts and it's been a sad week for his family, but I got the chance to meet all of them (Mother Side). Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I'm happy to meet them and looking forward to another weekend.

I'm so glad that I have the chance to meet them and be with his family. It feels like I've known them for a long time, but I guess that's how things work when it comes to family. Glad that they like me too. So that's a good points for me in the future.
Right now, I'm enjoying my time with this lovely man. I cannot ask for more. He is my best friend and my travel buddy. No complaints at all, but we are still working on our relationship and since we are living together there's still ups and downs which we both know we will work it out in the long run aside the different culture we are both doing well.
The week went along and we made some few road trips then and there. He took me to Ice King a rolled ice cream is something different. They go crazy with these stuff! It is pretty good though.
This is his friends Joe and Brittney. They're the nicest, coolest people here in Vero. We're having dinner at Ruby Tuesday as our date night. It was a fun double date.
Then colored my hair black a sign of a new life ahead and that's the end of my blog for today folks. So thank you very much for reading it. Have a good day!
XOXO
